Oh my God. Seriously. LMS was one of the best movies I have ever seen, and AB's completely real, completely unpretentious, unprecocious performance was total gold. And it's proof that you don't need do be Dakota "I'm a 40-year-old in the body of a 12-year-old" Fanning to be considered a talented kid actor.
She did do a great job, and she is the anti-Dakota (which I LOVE).
Alan Arkin did such a fab job in his role (he had me laughing nonstop).
But they're up against Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson, and my allegiance to Dreamgirls is unwavering. So I'm still cheering for the latter pair.
Oh well, that's why they have the contest!
